Third Party Charges

These charges include, but are not limited to, Road Freight, Container Unpacking, Quarantine Fees and Treatments, Electronic Entry Charges, Port Charges, Airline Terminal Charges, Wharfage Charges, Import Duty and GST, Air or Sea Freight, and Removalist Services.

We will provide you an invoice for these charges that needs to be settled prior to delivery of your cargo.

  • This is a legally binding document and may be used as evidence.
  • This statement must be completed in English (block letters),with all errors and alterations to be initialled

WARNING
Do not carry drugs. Penalties for drug offences in Australia are severe. A false or misleading statement to an officer of Customs is an offence and may involve heavy penalties, including forfeiture of any goods concerned.

NOTICE
The Privacy Act 1988 says we must tell you why we are collecting this information, how we will use it and whether you have to give it to us.This information is required to ensure travellers comply with customs, Biosecurity, Health, Wildlife and Currency laws.
We require this information under the Customs Act 1901, the Quarantine Act 1908, the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Amendment(Wildlife Protection) Act 2001 and the Financial Transaction Reports Act 1988. The Department of Immigration and Border Protection also needs theinformation to calculate the right amount of duties and taxes. Any questions you do not answer will be asked by an officer of Customs or an officer of theDepartment of Agriculture. The Department of Immigration and Border Protection and Department of Agriculture are not permitted to disclose this informationor any supplementary information you give, except when authorised or required by law.

I accept this quotation and acknowledge that Depth Logistics cannot finalise my import declaration until I provide all required documents and satisfy Customs and Quarantine queries and holds should they arise.
I acknowledge Customs and Quarantine have harsh penalties for providing false or misleading information.
I declare that I am the owner/authorized representative of these goods and that all information provided herein is true and correct.
I have read, understood and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and hereby authorise Depth Logistics to act as my/our Customs Broker in accordance with Section 181 and for the purpose of the Customs Act 1901.
IMPORTANT: Your credit card will only be debited for Depth Logistics Customs/Quarantine attendance fees at this time. As we process your clearance, you will be progressively invoiced for any further additional third party charges in accordance with this quotation and our terms and conditions. All charges must be settled before your cargo will be released and delivered.
