Customs require a formal import declaration on some parcels depending on the value and the nature of the goods. Depth Logistics can handle the customs clearance formalities so that Australia Post can then proceed with delivery.

Attendance to Customs Clearance Formalities: AUD $250.00 + GST + Debit/Credit Card Surcharge.

Government Charges including Customs and Quarantine fees

We will provide you an invoice for these charges that will need to be settled prior to final clearance of your cargo.

These charges include, but are not limited to, Quarantine Fees and Treatments, Electronic Entry Charges, Import Duty and GST that we collect and remit on your behalf.

I accept this quotation and acknowledge that Depth Logistics cannot finalise my import declaration until I provide all required documents and satisfy Customs and Quarantine queries and holds should they arise.

I acknowledge Customs and Quarantine have harsh penalties for providing false or misleading information.

I declare that I am the owner/authorized representative of these goods and that all information provided herein is true and correct.

I have read, understood and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and hereby authorise Depth Logistics to arrange customs clearance of my cargo.

IMPORTANT: Your credit card will only be debited for Depth Logistics Customs/Quarantine attendance fees at this time. As we process your clearance, you will be progressively invoiced for any further additional third party charges in accordance with this quotation and our terms and conditions. All charges must be settled before your cargo will be released and delivered.
