I accept this quotation and acknowledge that Depth Logistics cannot finalise my export declaration until I provide all required documents and satisfy Customs and Quarantine queries and holds should they arise.

I acknowledge Customs and Quarantine have harsh penalties for providing false or misleading information.

I declare that I am the owner/authorized representative of these goods and that all information provided herein is true and correct.

I have read, understood and agree to the User Agreement and Privacy Policy and hereby authorise Depth Logistics to arrange customs clearance of my cargo.
