Road Transport and Heavy Haulage
Our truck and light vehicle fleet operates nationally from our Depth Defence Logistics Centres (2DLC)in Brisbane, Townsville and Darwin.Â
Our road freight fleet is capable of any delivery anywhere in Australia. We can transport anything from a small ITAR controlled aircraft component in one of our secure vans, container transport, road trains and even heavy haulage of an M1A2 Abrams tank.
Our drivers are among the industry’s elite. The road freight team is composed of highly qualified and experienced civilians and ADF veterans. Most of our drivers have Department of Defence personal security clearances, DCAC cards and airport security clearances.
All of our drivers have MSIC cards and are inducted into Brisbane, Darwin, Gladstone, Sydney, Port Kembla and Townsville wharves. We handle road transport to or from any port or Navy Base in Australia.
Depth Logistics is a DISP member and we are the only heavy haulage trucking company with this level of security. For further transport security assurance we are also members of the Transport Asset Protection Association and our 2DLCs are compliant with class C Facility Security Standards.
Combined with our ITAR compliance, dangerous goods transport qualifications your cargo is in safe hands.
All trucks and secure vans are GPS tracked for safety, security and operational optimisation.
We operate our own wide load escort and security escort cars so all services can be discretely provided in-house to keep our clients road freight cargo deliveries as confidential as possible.
We are National Heavy Vehicle Regulator accredited. Our NHVR registration number is NHVAS416379
